Margaret Burns enjoys reading, growing her own groceries, hoop dancing, running, a good glass of wine, and the occasional art/craft project. She enjoys supporting local business, radio, and saves animals in her spare time, namely Pit Bulls. She is on the board of Bully Brigade of No Kill-Louisville and holds Secretary of the Volunteer/Foster committee of No Kill-Louisville.
Traditionally, a long-time basketball player and dancer, she is starting to come around to cycling again in full force. She enjoys riding around town to and fro weather permitting. In 2004 she tried mountain biking and loved it and now has taking a huge liking to road cycling as well. 2011 will be her inaugural racing year.
